Shipping and Terms

Please keep in mind that all Tiled & Clay pieces are entirely handmade and may vary slightly from the pieces shown in the photographs.

Shipping

We are a small operation, but we aim to ship all orders within two business days.

Should a piece arrive damaged, please send a photo within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or refund to hello@tiledclay.com.

Please note that international orders might require payment of customs and duty fees upon delivery.

Shipping time

Guidelines regarding times of delivery:

• Switzerland 1-4 working days
• Scandinavia approx. 3-6 working days
• Europe approx. 3-6 working days
• USA approx. 5-8 working days
• Japan approx. 5-8 working days 

 Should there be delays at the shipping carrier Tiled & Clay cannot be held responsible.
